“Testing” Your Diagnostic Skills

A72-year-old male with a history of renal transplantation underwent laparoscopic cholecystectomy for cholelithiasis. On post-operative day one, he developed worsening abdominal pain. An urgent exploratory laparotomy revealed no abnormalities.
